WHERE CAN I PURCHASE Czernity?

Czernity is exclusively available at czernity.com and cannot be purchased elsewhere.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

You have the option to pay with Paypal. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Your order is packed and shipped within 2 business days of your purchase..

  • Average delivery time for Domestic orders is 3 business days.

If you have a question concerning tracking or shipping on your domestic order, please contact USPS.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?

USD.

MY ITEM IS LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?

We are not responsible for items that are lost during the shipping process; we do provide you with USPS Tracking so that you know when to expect your package to arrive.

You are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping information. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not yet been shipped yet. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship to the United States  however are working to expand our reach to other countries. 

WHAT ARE YOUR MATERIALS MADE OF?

All Czernity products are made entirely of 100%  Synthetic Cubic Zirconia material... no glass, no plastic, no metals, no lead crystal.  

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We will happily replace a damaged item or re-ship you an item if you received something incorrectly upon arrival. If a ring is different than described please send us an email, all rings are hand made & most will have slight variations in faceting.  Upon receipt of your shipment, we require you to take photos of the crushed box, packaging, and broken product to send us in your email reply.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If you received the incorrect item or size, please let our customer service team know by contacting info@czernity.com  Please add your Name and Order # in an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHAT IF I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address.

If you provide an incorrect address at the time of the order we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change it. We ship orders as quickly as we can to keep our customers happy.
