Shipping Methods

All Czernity products will ship in a box via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.  Many companies charge up to $9.99 per item for shipping and that can get expensive and quite annoying to customers.  That is why we made it part of our mission to provide you with a superior jewelry product at a flat cost and CZERNITY PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING anywhere in the US.

Easy  Exchanges

We understand that your new Czernity ring may arrive and you have decided that the ring size you ordered does not fit, so we offer Easy Exchange... Simply pack up your ring, include the original Packing Slip noting the new size that you would like to exchange for and ship back to us at the address below.  You are responsible for return shipping/tracking.  As a courtesy, we will pay to ship out your new size ring to you.

RETURNS:  We do NOT accept RETURNS for any product, unless it arrives to you broken.  If this is the case we require that you take a photo of the crushed box, packaging, product and email us at info@czernity.com
